Shaking social media up!
Social media is an incredible way to connect with your audience, and during my time at Norwegian, the team I was part of, Creative Services, created a wide variety of content to engage with the brand’s followers.
The end of GoT was terrible for all its fans. They instantly missed the series, so we decide to take advantage of the scenario. In order to help all GoT fans to remember their favourite moments of the series, Norwegian allowed them flying to different locations where the series was filmed. This content had such an incredible welcome by the brand followers that Instagram congratulated us for this campaign:

In 2019, Norwegian sponsored the NBA match in Europe. The Norwegian Creative Services had the opportunity to develop some Social Media content with legends Muggsy Bogues and Shawn Marion.
To boost interaction with the brand’s followers, we held workshops with Facebook and Instagram creatives, where they gave us insights to generate attractive content and the Creative Services team generated the ideas and executions of the pieces. Subsequently, different A/B tests were carried out locally to check which pieces worked best; finally, those with the best results were published globally.
As a big company, Norwegian has defined several concepts to achieve different results. The Creative Services team was responsible for executing those concepts, making sure the brand was properly applied.
